KidsPro World (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the KidsPro mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you or your child uses our App.

KidsPro World is an educational application designed for children ages 2-8. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and families who use our services. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Parent/guardian email address (used for account verification via OTP)
• Child's display name or nickname (chosen by the parent)
• Child's age range (to personalize the learning experience)

Usage Information

• Learning progress and activity completion data
• Game scores and achievements
• App usage duration and session data
• Device type and operating system (for app compatibility)

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT use information for:

• Behavioral advertising or ad targeting
• Selling or renting data to third parties
• Profiling children for commercial purposes
• Marketing to children

KidsPro World is designed specifically for children ages 2-8 and is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.

• We require a parent or guardian email address for account creation
• We obtain verifiable parental consent through email verification before any data is collected from a child
• Children cannot create accounts independently
• We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the educational service
• We do not allow children to make information publicly available
• We do not condition a child's participation on providing more information than is reasonably necessary
• Parents can review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time

• All data is stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure
• User authentication is managed through AWS Cognito with email OTP verification
• Data is stored in the Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region (ap-southeast-1)
• We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest
• Access to user data is restricted and monitored
• We regularly review our security practices

We use the following third-party services:

We do not share personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies that profile children.

• Active account data is retained as long as the account exists
• When an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Some anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for service improvement purposes
• We may retain certain information if required by law or to protect our legal rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about your child
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your child's account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for data collection at any time
• Receive a copy of your child's data in a portable format
• Contact us with any questions about your child's privacy

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

Account deletion is permanent. All profile data, learning progress, and achievements will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify parents through the App or via email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
